At Single O, we strive for the perfect brew every time, but if your coffee or gear isn't quite right, we're here to help. Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we offer returns on brewing equipment and merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to initiate the process.
- 2.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your equipment is unused and in its original packaging; please note that opened bags of coffee beans cannot be returned.
- 3.Ship Your Item
Pack your items securely and send them back to our roastery using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe arrival.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
